A engineer phoned me this morning asking if he could pop in, after he came he could see what the fault was using his equipment. At the pole outside there was corrosion after getting the van with the stuff in it that enabled him to climb the pole safely he fixed the problem (removing the corrosed parts) now it seems to be fixed which is great, hopefully it will stay fixed only the next few days will tell
