I am currently on my third TV hub box is once again starting to freeze, pixelate and struggle to connect. I have done absolutely nothing to the box. Haven't moved it, unplugged it or changed it in any way. Unfortunately I've been down this road before as the 2previous boxes did exactly the same thing. Before they both failed and it looks like this one is doing the same.

Hi Karl, quite high pressure here in Norfolk and across the country, often causes problems here.
I was wondering if @Scotia55 has a smart TV and if so how that behaves?

If you connect the aerial direct to the TV for a little bit, see if any of the channels are having issues.
Here in the north west , I'm seeing issues with BBC / ITV channel reception direct to TV.

Yes it has and I changed out the old one. Unfortunately the problem is still the same. Not at all sure what to do now. It's telling me tv signal is weak though there are no problems with the mast in this area. What do you suggest Karl?

Hi Karl yes I did the android reset. Made not a bit of difference. It is now unwatchable. Pixelated, freezing. I have no idea why these boxes keep failing. I do not muck about with them, don't change anything. At a loss really because when they are working they are great. Does this one have to be replaced again?

The full android reset is a little different than the factory reset and will clear everything from the box, so is worth trying.

So eventually found factory reset, let it run and has done nothing. This box, like the previous 2, is on the way out. Couple of wee videos of what it is
