When (trying to) log into my account, all I see is the message "Some exception has occurred. Please contact the administrator." Why is this, and what can be done to fix it?

Thanks and regards,

I've ALWAYS seen "No reported issues", and yet I have just spoken to the tech support people who advised me that it's an ongoing issue due to updates to their customer account pages and user experience. I am still seeing the same message when I try to log in.

While they think the nation is watching football, they've started some maintenance of My Account, @swlancaster79.
