Hello,

 

I recently moved to another provider, I have been waiting to send the 2 eero routers back to you but no returns bag has arrived 

 

Please can you send one out asap as I would not like to be charged.

It was sent via royal mail on the 28th June. 

 

Should be with you by now.

They should have reached you at least a week ago as they normally only take a couple of days to arrive.
