Hi Karl
I'm starting my own topic as although you've replied to me about this, it seems I was in someone else's thread.
For a few weeks now, whenever we choose bbc 1 or 2 on the tv, the box puts us on I player and takes a while.
Were already checked our aerial. There's no problem with picture quality on bbc , we've checked this on channel 101 and 102.
I added our netgem.mac number to the notes section on my account as you advised, last Monday.
Also, we have reset the box several times and this doesn't get rid of the problem.
What happens next?
The problem persists.
