Cisco VPN problems

Hi

Same as so many others, my Anyconnect has stopped working.  Talk talk live support was useless and told me to go to my IT department.  It seems there are ways to reset the firmware of the router??  Please can someone help me with that.

My settings are: 

TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K100202

Sure, I'll roll back the firmware now.  Can you also please confirm the VPN Protocol and version so I can feed this back.

 

You will find this under Settings within the VPN Client.
