can any talktalk staff help me???

 

Desperately need a router!!

 

We've been with TalkTalk for many years now, we moved house last week and an openreach engineer came out and set up new house for the service, but we didn’t know we were to bring router from old address with us, and now have no means of access to get it. 

I have tried contacting talktalk on numerous occasions and each time they are having problems hearing me and just cutting the call after waiting ages to get through to speak with someone.

3 impatient kids with no wifi has not been fun 🤪😂. At least the sun has been shining ☀️
