My router status is saying "Sagemcom-FAST5364 needs software update". Could you please arrange for that.

Hi Karl, sorry for delay in replying, but since the software update my router keeps dropping the internet connection. I see someone else has had the same issue after an update. Could you reset the router so it does not drop the internet connection? Thanks, Peter
