Hi
I signed up with TT (67mbps) through Uswitch 26/01/22.
It advised that I required an Openreach engineer so I chose the date: 01/03/22, however, although I am currently with Virgin Media, I do have an existing BT socket, so I doubt I do require an engineer?
I immediately received an email confirming my gift card card progress with a link to "check my voucher status" - (please allow 48 hours before checking). I have tried to check - giftcloud just advises that "Your purchase is being processed. Once your provider lets us know you have completed your purchase we will update this page.
That was about a week ago. I have received absolutely no contact from TT.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to make contact or to send me the modem ?
How can I check that my application really did go through?
Any help will be appreciated
