Track Fault

My internet connection has stopped working this afternoon.

I have checked all connections and signed into TalkTalk to run a test. It came up with Track Fault . I thought that the orange light flashing indicates that the hub is starting up? If this is the case and it just continues to flash would it be the router that is faulty?

I can see that a fault was closed today. Are you still experiencing this fault?

Flashing Orange light means your Hub having a problem finding the Internet connection. If its asking you to track a fault it may have already found one. Does it say a engineer has been booked? Or is the fault with home setup

Have you tried turning it off and on again!
