* The internet was meant to go live at the new place on 08/02/19.
* The engineer activated the line on that date, the router is emitting the white light, when you log in to the talk talk dashboard everything looks fine; it displays the upload and download speed, but there is absolutely no internet whatsoever both when you connect the device via WiFi or Ethernet.
* things I tried: 1) resetting the router; 2) changing the dns to the google one 18.104.22.168; 3) resetting the router again and tracing to google.co.uk (it went through 6-7 hops which seemed fine)
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am losing patience with TalkTalk (they told me they will give me a call back maybe on Wednesday)

I am by no means an expert, but I think there is something wrong at the cabinet perhaps. did a few trace routs and this is what I tend to get:

request timed out
In essence what I see from this is that the router goes to few different places and then eventually reaches its destination, so there is internet somewhere

We have discovered that our radius server hasn't been setup correctly for your account, so you are not authenticating on our server. So we have sent off the request to rebuild it.
