Hi my router seems to have a faulty power button on the back, when you press it, it doesn't click, and you have to hold it for it to stay on, the chat is always busy! I think I just need a new router sending out but can't get on the chat.

Hi it's all fixed now, also my internet is a lot better now, I don't have to turn it on and off everyday, thank you for your help.

The usual trick is to press it in and hold it in, then a thinned down matchstick slid in alongside the button may just keep it there..
I ain't posh enough to use a cocktail stick.
