Hi my router seems to have a faulty power button on the back, when you press it, it doesn't click, and you have to hold it for it to stay on, the chat is always busy! I think I just need a new router sending out but can't get on the chat.

Thanks

Hi gevans85

Apologies for the delay.

Have you made contact with our Live Chat Team since your last post?

I can send a replacement router if you are still experiencing this issue.

Thanks

Hi
Some, hopefully relevant, contact details....
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Our-update-on-Coronavirus/ta-p/2468300

If you’re an existing TalkTalk customer, and you’d like to speak to someone about your account and billing, moving house, to get some technical support, or make a complaint,
call TalkTalk on 0345 172 0088 – it’s free if you call from a TalkTalk landline,
or alternatively 0345 172 0046 – it’s free if you call from a TalkTalk landline.

Daft idea......

The usual trick is to press it in and hold it in, then a thinned down matchstick slid in alongside the button may just keep it there..

I ain't posh enough to use a cocktail stick.

Hi @gevans85,

The staff here won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post some time next week to help.
