My account was migrated from Shell Energy and since then internet speed has degraded. I am supposed to get minimum 55MBPS speed guaranteed but i currently getting between 3mbps to 31 mbps. I have restarted the router and removed all connected devices but no success. i tried to use your online services but it say you can not find my router model and make. could you please urgently help as 3 of us work from home and for last one week we are use mobile hotspot to do the work.
appreciate if you are able to look into this urgently

Request that team - it should work using Chat on mobile data or any 3rd party wifi, if need be, to get through, but they may need you to be near the equipment when running diagnostics.
