Back in April I no longer had a need for my Talktalk internet/phone, so I called and left, I also cancelled my direct debits.
Obviously something has gone terribly wring because I have been away and I have now had returned to find several letters demanding money including a final demand letter.
I have tried calling but they do not answer, I've waiting hours I just do not have the time to sit waiting on a phone for 3 hours, I have to work for a living. I did get through to one chap and he couldn't help me and was unable to transfer me. I just do not know what to do. If I leave it they are threatening me with a bad credit rating and yet I cannot get through to them,

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
