Hi,

 

Our download speed has dropped to about half of what it used to be. Possibly this was due to a faulty cordless phone causing noise on the line? Anyway, the phone has now been replaced so hopefully the line is better.

 

Do you think you could try optimising the connection to see if the speed improves?
