I need to request a new router. I have an open reach engineer in the house at the moment. He has said I need a new one but I cannot speak to anyone to ask for a new one. Please help

I'm sorry for the delay. Is this for a connection or speed issue? Has the router previously been factory reset and then retested again? If you've already tried then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing.
