Hello, I have been having problems with my broadband for weeks. I tried the chat, text and calling. I had two engineers cone over and everytime everyone says sonething different and that it's fixed, Internet works for a few hours and then goes again.
This is my last resort abd then I am changing provider.
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential fault and the connection looks unstable. Could I just confirm, are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone? As soon as we've confirmed this then we can pass this straight over for investigation.
