You may find that your access has been restricted when viewing channels or video-on-demand. You may see error code TTG-238/ 239 appear on your TV screen. Content from other providers (such as iPlayer and Netflix) can be used as normal. However, using both set-top boxes at the same time could cause problems with picture quality, buffering and errors.
To set your chosen set top box as primary, please make note of your box identifier code before you contact us (you'll be asked to provide the last part of this code).
