Now TV on ps3 crashing

I’ve had this issue before and it was very kindly and quickly resolved by posting on here.

Since I resubscribed to another 18 month package with talktalk last week, my NOW TV app on the PS3 keeps crashing and pinwheeling, it has something to do with a newer firmware on the router, can someone revert it back to the old version again please!

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've checked and your router has the latest firmware version.

Just to confirm, does the app on the PS4 have all the latest updates?
