Here's an idea... how about making your call centre line NOT sound like it's based on Mars. Every time I've called in the past the line has been so abysmal I could barely hear the person talking to me, and invariably it's with an accent so thick I can't understand it anyway.

Today I was put on hold four times because your agent's system was slow or they had to go off and ask questions.

My internet speed is so slow I'm debating changing providers, but the whole process would probably be so agonisingly slow I'm not sure I could put myself through it.

Eventually, after half an hour of hanging on the phone today I gave up and hung up while I was yet again put on hold.
