Hi I am having trouble connecting to remote working on my computer it keeps saying connection lost or keeps trying to reconnect. Please can someone help me with this thanks

Can I just check, are you using a VPN client?

Hi 

 

I think so I’m not great with computers sorry. He’s tried a few things TeamViewer, Firefox and remote pc so far which all worked on every other work pc at peoples homes

Hi Hjpimlatt,

 

Scam Protection will block Teamviewer so we'll need to switch it off if you'd like to use Teamviewer

 

if you'd like us to switch off Scam Protection can you please reply to the PM that OCE_Debbie sent you with the security questions

OK thanks, I can see that OCE_Karl has confirmed on your other thread, that Scam Protection is now switched

 off
