Questionable download and slow upload not like before HG633

On current last days I noticed my upload speed far too slow not like before

When I done speed test shows upload around 3.4 mbps before as far I remember had around 10mbps. Also download speeds drops from 30 to 26 Mbps which didn't happen before.

I tried turn off and turn back on router. Also restarted to default but speeds stay the same. 

Well sometimes from time to time lose internet connection but that's so far not such a big problem because internet reconnects in 1min time mostly. However upload speed effects more because I am one of upload speed consumers.

Hi Owner,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential fault and I can see quite a few re-connections on the line. Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone?

I don't experience any problems with voice server, just checked now and internet speeds the same as before without any improvement.

Hi Owner,

 

Thanks for confirming this. I've passed the intermittent connection and drop in sync speed over to Openreach now for an external line investigated to be completed. We should receive an update back within the next 48-72hrs.

Did speed test and problem solved. Internet speed better than before, including ping now improved that I didn't even expected to see. Thank you for help and great service.
